+++ PUT YOUR MONEY HERE +++

How often do we spend money on things that are here today and gone tomorrow? Not that our purchases are not valid, but they do not bring a return on our investment.

But what have you thoughtfully and intentionally spent money on that you know would bring a return on your "spending" and do you categorize the spending as an investment or an expense?

This kind of "spending" becomes difficult to measure the return of the investment (ROI) when it is not something tangible. Right?

Take for instance personal and professional development. These are hard to measure. But should we not do them?

And is it true that it is hard to measure your ROI?

That's one of the discussions you will hear in today's episode. Our guest - Buddy Hobart - will explain to us how all this works and how investing in leadership development is truly one of the best investments an organization will make.
