Ling Kung is Director of Innovation at Kaiser Permanente. In this episode our Managing Director of our US office, Nate Nelson, sits down with Ling to discuss Innovation in Healthcare. In mid-2000s when digital health was becoming a thing, Ling was interested in how digital health and technology could help seniors. From there - she ended up leading the vendor strategy work across all demographics, which was the predecersor for Kaiser's digital health strategy.
