Body language in the family court can be important. When judges have to weigh evidence, the reality is that body langauge can make a big difference. If a party frowns, slouches or shows displeasure non-verbally in court, it can make an impact. This is why parties need to remain calm in court. They need to go to their happy place and not react to what is happening in the coutroom. Ofteh, that might mean remaining stone-faced at all times.
