Dan and Pat, because of their melanin deficiency, can't speak to being black in America during a pandemic. Luckily, they have two friends who can. Episode Six explores the history of race in the US and how skin color can affect health outcomes, often in horrifically disproportionate ways. Dan gives up his ridiculous "commercials" so that the podcast can highlight two very important causes: Fair Fight 2020 (www.fairfight.com) and Rescuing Leftover Cuisine Boston (https://www.rescuingleftovercuisine.org/massachusetts)
