In recent discussions with business leaders, I have been sensing some workplace wellbeing fatigue, irritation and hopelessness. I think what I am observing is workplace wellbeing paralysis. This is a concern, not least because we are still so far from mastering this and giving up now presents huge risks to employees, organisations and society.
The truly sad and frustrating issue for me is that people are feeling like they cannot, and/or should not seek to, affect positive change in this area. They seem to be overwhelmed, confused and dare I say, bored by the information they are getting.
This podcast seeks to explore this challenge and presents a fresh way of thinking about workplace wellbeing, hopefully, to help to re-energise and re-inspire those who are feeling a bit weary.
