+++ YES, AND IN LIFE +++

Notice the word AND. It is a very useful word when you want to truly engage people in a conversation. It is the opposite of using the word BUT.

How many times have you been in conversation and someone says something and follows up immediately with the word BUT? When he or she did, what was your gut reaction?

If you are like me, your system went into alert and tensed up as you braced for what would come next. Isn't that so?

The word BUT tend to negate all that came prior to its insertion into the conversation.

However, if that person was able to skillfully use the word AND instead of BUT, the outcome would be a whole lot different. Wouldn't it?

In this episode of The Kingsley Grant Show, you'll discover why emotional self-awareness is the most important skill you need to get better results in your professional and personal relationships.
