Mediation is the fastest growing health trend in Western countries. It is no longer considered an activity only for the highly spiritual. It has become a tool used by everyday people and health care practitioners as an essential part of overall wellbeing.
There are more and more studies showing the benefits of mediation and mindfulness for the brain, the body, our emotional management and even for our relationships. And with many people experiencing overwhelm and anxiety with the change in circumstance during this COVID -19 pandemic, it can prove to be a beneficial tool.

Kerryn is a certified Meditation Teacher, NLP Self Discovery Master Coach, Hypnosis Practitioner, Reiki Master Teacher, and Psychic Medium.
