This week we are joined by Esther Malkinson. Esther is a freelance stage manager who has worked on many shows including The Railway Children, A View from the Bridge and Hamlet, with companies such as York Theatre Royal, Royal and Derngate Northampton, Iris Theatre and Mercury Theatre in Colchester.
