What this week's guest doesn't know about public speaking, finding your voice, or making an impact, could be written on the back of a postage stamp. Luckily she's written a book, Goodbye Glossophobia, so your troubles are over!
I had the good fortune to be introduced to Esther Stanhope just after she had left a 20-year career in LIVE broadcasting and was setting up her confidence busting seminars of transforming nervous speakers into formidable leaders. She's a busy lady, so I was thrilled when she agreed to have a chat about our childhood memories of playing out, cinema treats, sharing the same name, and being out of your comfort zone.
As usual, this is all wrapped up in a bear-hug of positive news about issues and campaigns that make a difference 'News From The Rooftop' and your Happy Happenings, the good stuff going on in your life and around you that's making you happy.
You're welcome xx
