What are they? Where do I look for them? Does everyone have them?

Blindspots used in the context of people relationship has to do with the inability to see what others see. That is the simplest way that I can put it.

The problem is that some people are not open to receiving feedback that calls attention to their blindspot(s). They will simply deny or ignore it.
