Hello VAPA Community! This is Dr. Trimis with a few announcements. There will be no school on Monday as we celebrate the life of Martin Luther King, Jr. and recognize the National Day of Service. School resumes on Tuesday with a regular schedule.

No habrá clases el lunes mientras celebramos la vida de Martin Luther King, Jr. y reconocemos el Día Nacional de Servicio. La escuela se reanuda el martes con un horario regular.

School Site Council will meet Tuesday at 4 pm and Coffee with the Principal is Wednesday at 10 am. All meetings are held via Zoom and the links are posted on our website and social media platforms.

The School Experience Survey deadline has been extended to Feb. 5. The survey is require for all school communities to participate in and we are evaluated by our completion rate. More info at https://achieve.lausd.net/schoolexperiencesurvey

There are a number of enrichment courses for credit available from Animation to Health to Spanish and more. Classes run from February 1 to June 11 and the last day to enroll is Friday, January 22. Classes are Mondays & Wednesdays or Tuesdays & Thursdays, from 3:30 pm to 5:00 pm (Synchronous) plus 60 minutes per week (Asynchronous). Enroll at https://enroll.lausd.net/en/enrichment
