ππͺπ Right now it is way too easy to get into weaker energy, that nothing gets done, few things are satisfying, as more and more restrictions are coming up.
π£π€·ββοΈπ π So I went in and asked for advice, how I can get that feeling back. And quite frankly it couldnβt be much more obvious. Reconstruct and recreate those situations, which have gotten you into your mental top-shape the last time.
π€β‘οΈπGo on and ask yourself: What are the things in your daily life, that deliver you this energy? Which activities brought a smile to your face lately.
πππ»π€The strongest things I was able to identify for myself are: Walking every day, getting my planned workout done, meditation, or concentrated breathing.
βπ§ πWhat are activities and experiences that enable you to function at full capacity?
πΆββοΈππ£It can be hard to do those first steps, as we often have trouble breaking out of our shells, but once you do it will be worth it. This podcast might just be a good start for you.
