* Biden is riding the high from the Senate passing his COVID bill, sending it back to the House to approve changes made, as well as announcing a partnership with Johnson & Johnson and Merck to speed up distribution of the one-shot vaccine so that enough Americans have access to the vaccines by the end of May.
