Have you ever wondered why human beings live only 70-90 years on average? Of course there are many contributing factors including gender, genetics, access to health care, hygiene, diet and nutrition, exercise, lifestyle, and crime rates, but why doesn't this list include how we think about our life expectancy? Scientists are constantly revealing new evidence regarding the power of the mind-body connection, yet we still don't include our beliefs about longevity as a significant contributing factor to how long we actually live. Sandy makes a compelling case for the possibility that current life expectancy averages are lower than they could be, due to our collective societal beliefs and declarations. If you anchor into a truth, change your beliefs and your language and you can literally live longer. Join the conversation, consider the concept, vet the science, and decide for yourself.
