Unlike most entrepreneurs, Serena did not feel the need to start a business. A sage bit of advice from her mom had made her see the light of what freedom a business can give an entrepreneur.
"Our cultural beliefs is that we pour our hearts into everything we do. And that's really like, the the foundation of who we are."
As passionate as their foundation is, they allow that to course through the teachings to their own team, allowing them to be vulnerable and human. Imperfection is not a bad connotation.
