One of my favourite Bible characters has always been the thief on the cross immediately beside Jesus (the good thief, not the other guy...). Here's a podcast that might have you thinking a bit deeper about his moment of eternal street cred. Yep! For all of eternity he will be able to claim a special place that no other can boast of: being on the physical cross with Jesus.
So what can we learn from him? More than most can imagine --- he did everything right in his last few moments of humanity. He went out in style - and he's a hero "used by God" to me today.
