In this episode I chatted to the lovely Helen Russell about her latest book 'How to Be Sad.' Helen is a journalist and author who has been researching happiness since 2013 and written several books including The Year of Living Danishly, Gone Viking and The Atlas of Happiness. We dive into a variety of concepts from her books and after such a tough year, I took comfort in talking so openly about sadness which is such a natural part of being human and finding happiness.
