So often in life we tend to only want to focus on the positive things, or the "light" as some call it. However life is filled with both light and darkness and to lose site of this is to lose sight of our true nature. We all have the capability to behave in both good and bad manners and society says we should never behave in the "bad" ways. But if we don't know what it is to betray then we truly don't know how to be loyal. If we don't know what it means to lie to someone than we don't know what it is to be honest and open with someone. If we don't understand the bitterness of life how can we fully understand the sweetness of life. In this episode we discuss the polarity the exists in all things.
