Challenges affect us all. The question is how do you deal with them? Do you let them stop you or do you use them to catapult you to be better?

Don Woodring was the CEO of a major company at the age of 39. He had a wife and 2 children. AND, he was in the closet. Dealing with the stress of what society says, family, and his religious upbringing would have been enough for most people. Add to that Don's health challenges - he has a form of Muscular Dystrophy, he's had strokes and heart attacks, a kidney and pancreas transplant...and more.

This episode of The Queer Profits™ Podcast, might irritate you a bit. Don has some views that might be contradictory to yours or what you're used to hearing.

But...if you use what Don calls gracious listening you will find something you can use - and maybe even some things that move you in this interview.
