In early September 2021, NSW Department of Education asked PAAA to respond to the following two scenarios:
1. A child has a significant behaviour incident (unexpected and undiagnosed)...how to go about engaging parent and external support?
2. child has a well developed individual learning plan, great support at school and home. There is a very violent incident. Thoughts on managing?
