Recovery is a wholesome process that involves mind, body and soul. The benefits of following a regular workout plan to help anyone recover from addiction is often overlooked. Today we talk with Rob Eastman, Mental Health and Fitness Life Coach, on how exercise can manage your mental health, prevent you from relapsing and why it should be incorporated into your recovery plan.

Show Notes:

Recovery happens when nobody's looking. Behind closed doors, and with lots of support and putting on the hard work.

Our guest today is all about pushing your limits and stop making excuses.

Rob Eastman AKA the Tattooed Life Coach, is a recovery addict of 11+ years from Utah. A truly exceptional character and good friend of ours.

He is the owner of Eastman fitness and wellness, a gym that focuses on mental health and wellness. As well as the founder of the Eastman family recovery foundation, host on the “Stand and Fight” podcast and a youth mental health guru.

The loss of a dear one changed his life overnight. From couch surfer to an ultra marathoner and cage fighter to a health and wellness Guru

In this episode, Rob is here to tell us that anybody can do this. If you set your mindset to win. Tune in to learn how to develop strategies to help you get back up from any situation and take your life to the next level.
