Marilyn The Chef is sharing her lifestyle of self-love. She advocates for Food Justice, youth and has a mission of global women empowerment!
We have a tendency in this country to attribute high health disparities to personal choice. As a chef, she reminds us of the complex drivers that range from the mechanization of the food system, institutional racism, and food deserts. Her job is to use empathy as a transformational tool to impact the unjust food relationships our youth currently have.
