When teachers were hired back in the day, a day or two was set aside each school year to 'train' them on all the things they might need (how to make copies, how to request supplies, etc.).
Now, there's all the things that take up teacher time - student info and attendance systems, learning management systems, devices, smart TVs and projectors, data collection and analysis, differentiation technologies, etc.
How are teachers supposed to get support for the things without giving them the time (scheduled) to do so?
