I am so thrilled to be speaking to Adam J. Kurtz (aka Adam JK) on the podcast about his new book, You Are Here (For Now), a collection of essays and art about life, and change, and you, and me, and all of us trying to just be more okay. Let me say I devoured this book and had room for seconds it was so good.

Tune in as Adam and I discuss the difference between living and truly being alive with all the paradoxes along the way. If the pandemic has taught us anything it’s that we both have a lot of time and we don't. We know enough and also don’t have a clue. Nothing is permanent and if you’re evolving you’re doing something right, but being busy is not a personality. Like I said, paradoxes abound.
