Finn Lützow-Holm Myrstad who leads the development of better, more ethical digital policies and standards at the Norwegian Consumer Council. He is focusing on highlighting the issues of privacy, user data and security and is currently engaged in a campaign against online surveillance advertising.
He’s currently leading the world-wide campaign against surveillance advertising and has been engaging with different issues of digital privacy in the past, sucessfully utilising the GDPR framework to penalize Grindr for its data practices.
We sat down with Finn to talk about the privacy-orientated business models, the lack of political aspect in this field and the ways we can all influence the agenda, demand a more privacy-orientated development and reject the status-quo of privacy invasive data economy.
