Welcome to Make Sh*t Happen. This is Three Minute Thursday episode number 189. I want to talk about today. That is how sometimes people like at work or business or whatever field you may be in. One thing that's really important is you've got to know how to sell because selling is an important part of the business. You're going to be a dentist, right? And if you don't know how to sell your services, then guess what. You're going to be pretty hungry. Dentist. Okay. You can be a doctor. You still got to know how to make some sales in your field because you got to know if someone needs a procedure or something like that, you've got to be able to sell that services. Let's say you're in a water filtration system and you own a water filtration company. You definitely need to know how to make some sales. You can own a flooring company. You can know everything about flooring. You can know everything about numbers and you can know everything about everything. But if you don't know how to make that sale, then it doesn't matter. And sales is based on a couple of principles, right? First of all, you got to know, you got alike and you got to trust no like, trust principle, which is a very famous principle. And you got to know the product. You got to know your people, you got to know your customer and you got to make sure the customer trusts you. First of all, you got to be able to trust the product before you sell it to the customer. And your customer got to trust you trust the service that you're going to bring in, and then they got to like you because if they don't like you if your customer doesn't like you, they're not going to want to do business with you.
