Hey, the brew crew, I am glad to have you back for another podcast episode. Welcome back. This is the 10th podcast of not without coffee, where we talk all about coffee-related topics and relax with a coffee. Here's where I want to inform you on coffee topics and help you unwind from your workweek at the best quality possible. Before we begin, let's get into that relax zone. Do you have a cup full of coffee? Breath in the fresh aroma and exhale. One more time, breathe in the fresh brew and exhale. Are you in your quiet zone for relaxation? If so, good to hear. Now on this podcast, I'm going to go over the Fall flavored, the Fall candle scent, and a bonus, I'm going to go over a type of coffee most people have never even heard of. Be sure to stay tuned to the end.

We are still in the Fall season, and that means great Fall flavors. I have a great coffee flavor for you, and it's maple cinnamon coffee. Nothing says Fall like maple and cinnamon. Can you see yourself relaxing on the sofa with a hot cup of this coffee? Personally, I have never tried this, but I will soon. How do these ingredients sound to you? It starts a Melozio capsule, 4oz of heavy cream, 1 oz of sweet maple syrup, 1/8 tsp of cinnamon, and one tbs of brown sugar. The whipped cream on top is optional. This one will wake your taste buds up in a hurry. Fellow coffee lover, I will defiantly have this one before the next podcast. Be sure to go easy with this one. Too much can be bad on the waistline. For each podcast, I'm going to add a new and different Fall flavor.

I am keeping with the Fall theme and coffee relater topic. Let's talk about Fall and coffee-scented candles. They do exist and can set a calming and relaxing mood. Now I just recently bought this scent, and I love it. It"s called a coffee shop. It smells like you work in a coffee shop? I have one that's a little expensive because I want the smell to throw out more and not fade away so quickly. This helps me to relax and calm down from the day. Crew of the brew, you should really try this scent. I will add more scents throughout the fall season on a future podcast. Remember never to leave a lite candle unattended. Do you have a favorite coffee candle?

Next, I mentioned earlier a type of coffee that very few people have ever heard about. Can you guess it? To be honest, I have recently found out about it myself. It's called peaberry coffee. That's right, peaberry coffee. A peaberry is a natural mutation of the coffee bean inside its cherry. Typically coffee beans grow two to a fruit, flat against each other like halves of a peanut, but sometimes on a rare occasion in about 5% of the world's coffee, and a bean is born an only child. This one bean is very rounded and shaped like a pea hence its name. I have never had this type of coffee. Still, serval reviews have said that those who have tried peaberry coffee say it's worth the cost and find it to be sweeter and more flavorful than typical coffee. . One of the reasons why peaberry coffees may taste better is because their rounder shape allows them to roast more evenly and to absorb heat better, for a smoother overall taste. Since it's so rare and has a unique flavor, it is way more costly than plain coffee beans. The peaberry coffee is hand-selected and averages about 20 dollars per pound. I have been to 10 different coffee shops and have not ever heard of peaberry coffee. It's a must-try for me.

Finally, crew, I want to thank you for listening in. Be sure to download this so that you don't miss any upcoming podcasts. I try to keep them short and to the point. I know that your time is precious. Would you please email me your comments or ideas at www.notwithoutcoffee.com? Take care.
