• Evolution happens through us living our Purpose
  • We evolve through our desires
  • Birds’ beaks adjust for them to get their needs met
• Feels selfish when were zoomed in
  • Feels light the right thing when we zoom out
• Trauma & trauma both matter
• School & Perfectionism
• Purpose requires courage because it requires vulnerability
  • Vulnerability requires a sense of safety within ourselves
  • Soul identity vs armour identity
• Feeling excluded
  • Being rejected
  • Being slut-shamed
• Playing big requires the courage to be vulnerable.
  • It requires you removing your thick and heavy armour, so the world can feel you.
  • And in order to do that, you need to know that it’s safe for you to show your true self.
  • Playing small means the armour is still restricting you.
  • If you want to take it off, if it feels heavy to you, the first step is to gently remove some of it. Show a little bit more of yourself. Reveal a little bit more truth in safe containers.
  • If youre going to reveal more of yourself, make sure that it’s with people who can hold this truth. Make sure that its with people who are living without such a thick armour. They will get it.
