Part of my mission as a leadership coach is to help business owners use their strengths to lead. In my experience, many entrepreneurs focus on the mechanics of management, while ignoring leadership until they have no choice but to address it. I don’t want that for you.

Leadership is inspiration: motivating others to invest in your vision to make it a reality.

By contrast, management is preparation: directing others to meet specific goals.

Your strengths and talents can reveal your unique leadership style and how you want to show up as a thought leader in your industry.

Exploring and refining your CEO style means releasing the distraction of what others are doing and instead, doubling down on yourself.

What could you gain by making your leadership development a priority?

What if you’re ready to lead in this moment?

What if leadership looks exactly like you, as you are? What if you don’t need anything else?

If you want to attract and retain truly great team members, think about how you can curate an environment that centers and really honors strengths. But how?

  1. Get clear on your talents and what lights you up.
  2. Think about the behaviors and talents that have helped you succeed in the past. What evidence do you have of your leadership in action?
  3. What’s holding you back? What do you need to step into leadership?

You already have what it takes to go from good to great.
