According to published reports, Brooklyn Park police officer Greg Burstad unlawfully entered the Ramirez’s home in Crystal Minnesota. The entry was made without a warrant and a search was conducted resulting in the apartment being ransacked. This search without a warrant apparently did not produce any contraband, and no family member was charged. Shockingly, the locks were changed and the Ramirez family was told they could not enter. Days later when the family was allowed back into their apartment, their belongings were being moved out. The City of Crystal claims to be investigating the incident. However, we have not received any information confirming that an investigator had interviewed the Ramirez family. On Thursday November 29, 2012 at 6:00 PM eastern time, our guest will be Michelle Gross, president of (CUAPB) Communities United Against Police Brutality. We will have a thorough discussion of this incredible incident.
