Fringe binge, anyone?

The 19th annual New York International Fringe Festival launches its 16-day, 200-show theaterpalooza on Aug. 14.

As always, it’s a eclectic buffet of theater.

Think: serious dramas like “Lincoln’s Blood,” noir-y backstage farces like “Reading Between the Lines,” climate-change works like “An Inconvenient Poop” and monster musicals with exclamation points in the title like “Beware the Chupacabra!”

Artistic director Elena K. Holy talks about Fringe at 19, this year’s trends (bios are big), the legacy of “Urinetown” and what’s new at Fringe Central to help you pick shows you’re apt to enjoy.

Hey, you want to spend $18 a ticket wisely.

Produced by: Joe Dziemianowicz

Music by: Jerry Korman
