I recently stumbled upon finding out that I've always lived my life as a stoic and didn't know it (that rhymed lol!). I break down what stoicism means to me and how it's helped me reshape my life for the better & healthier mentally. Shoutout stoics like Seneca, Epictetus, Marcus Aurelius, Sadghuru, Lupe Fiasco, J.K. Rowling, Bill Belichick, Conor McGregor, and I have a feeling many slaves were stoics to help endure what many must have been going through physically & psychologically.
