On today's episode of the 'Director's Cut', I catch-up with one of the original contributors to the podcast, Head Coach Mike Sinicropi. We discuss Mike's unique coaching journey from working 15 hour days, volunteering and working for 'peanuts', to now overseeing entire Olympic programs including Alpine sports for Team USA and South Korea. In addiiton, Mike and I discuss the true definition of 'coaching' as well as the perceived value behind it: How many people out there actually assess the credentials and experience of their trainers or coaches? With gym memberships as low as $1 per month, it can be hard to assess the true value of quality coaching! However,there is a reason why a premium training service from an experienced coach like Mike should be seen as an investment, and like a fine wine, cheap is seldom better!
