Focus on what you can become not on what you currently are. Why? Because that's what Jesus did when he called his first disciples. He called them based on what they could become, not on what they currently were.

In Matthew 4:18-19 Jesus told Peter and Andrew, "Come, follow me and I will make you fishers of men." There's much more to this call than meets the eye. With these simple words Jesus demonstrated that he was interested in what these men could become not in what they currently were. In this episode I'll talk about some insights to this passage that will help us as Christian Bros in the 21st century who want to grow as disciples of Jesus.
