This week The Seneca Scene visited Associate Director for the Center of Community Engagement and Service Learning (CCESL) at the Colleges: Jeremy Wattles. In one of his final interviews before departing the Colleges for Colgate University, to serve as the Director of their Center for Outreach, Volunteerism, and Education, Wattles discusses the work he has completed at HWS and the influence of Emeritus President Mark D. Gearan L.H.D. ’17. In conversation, we learn about Wattles’s work with students as part of HWS Votes and the Tutor Corps, and projects he has embarked upon during his time with CCESL.
