I'm going to teach you why discounts are bad for your business. This is a video about discounting, and why it's not something that should be done by new businesses. Now I'm not saying that discounts are never good - just look at Groupon- but they're actually pretty dangerous for most small companies because of the way they can screw up your ability to control costs, manage inventory, and attract customers.
