In this episode, I finally decided to find one of my family members to be on the podcast, we talked about his upbringing, he moved to Malaysia (Malaya at that time) when he was 5 years old. Like most senior citizens, he reminded me about how things were so much cheaper last time, saying that you could buy a bowl of Wan Tan Mee for 30 sens. He also mentioned about his experience of having to support the family during the recession. He also talked about his habit of writing a diary everyday which he has been doing for around 30 years.
