It's election time at the Victoria Real Estate Board!
The MLS doesn't run itself. Professional Development has to adapt to the current needs of REALTORS. Professional Standards need to continue to be kept at the forefront of our industry. Our politicians need to hear our voices. None of these things happen without the hard work and dedication of our Real Estate Board's Directors. Once a year we get an opportunity to select whom we want to be the stewards of our industry on our behalf while we are busy focusing on helping buyers and sellers in real estate transactions.

This week on The Vancouver Island Real Estate Show we get the opportunity to hear from those dedicated professionals that want to represent you as Director of the Victoria Real Estate Board.

There are three positions up from grabs and five candidates that are vying for them. We are very excited to be welcoming Shelia Aujla (Macdonald Realty), Karen Dinnie-Smyth (RE/MAX Camosun), Guinevere Howes (Century 21) and Graden Sol (Newport Realty) on to the show so they can tell us why we should vote for them on October 10th. We will also be hearing from current VREB President Kyle Kerr about his perspective on the importance of the work our Directors do for us as members.
