In early 2019 we held the first Future of Support Raising conference at the Agape Center in Chicago. Over 100 ministry leaders from around the country gathered to explore together how we might make funding mission more equitable. For two days we learned, lamented, dialogued and dreamed for the future of support raising.
This episode of the podcast is a recording from that conference. In this episode you'll hear me share my own journey of becoming passionate about the future of support raising, how that led me to do doctoral research, and what I believe should be the foundations of any change efforts: Covenant-with-God and Adaptive Leadership.
