This week, a chilling asylum legend merges with reality as our sleuths uncover the tragic fate of Ariel, Elek, and the demon Surath. In a shocking confession, Surath brags of posing as the asylum's director to ensnare Ariel and steal Christian's soul.

When the angel-turned-priest Elek discovers Surath's ruse, it sets off a deadly chain of events. With madness unleashed, Surath lights the asylum ablaze to cloak his escape, leading Elek and Ariel to perish in a deadly fall. But the demon emerges victorious, claiming both their souls as his own.

Now that Sutton has read Surath's own words, can she ever trust the conniving creature who so callously sacrificed Ariel? With myth and madness colliding, Wally and Sutton stand at the crossroads of faith and fact. Where they go next could determine their fate...
