Donna Bryan's pregnant daughter was killed by William DeHayes. He was NOT prosecuted by State Attorney Brad King and the baby also died. De Hayes swore he'd never own a gun again. Recently, DeHayes was arrested for shooting his firearm into the air in the mobile home park he lives in while drunk.
