Kike Oniwinde, multi-talented Founder & CEO of the BYP Network with over 40,000 members spoke to me about her journey in training to represent GB at the Olympics. She experienced multiple injuries in the process and everything seemed to be going wrong but the experience only turned out to be preparation for something bigger to come.
BYP Network is a platform that connects black professionals with each other and corporations. The BYP Network recently raised over £850,000 ($1.1m) in an equity crowdfund through Seedrs, and has featured in major publications such as, Forbes, BBC, Business Insider and Roc Nation.
