A recent speaking engagement in Alaska led to a heck of an adventure and a pretty interesting test of living out the philosophy as my plans played out. I hope you all get a laugh out of me trying to practice what I preach so to speak with our drama-free philosophy!
When you listen through this adventure, you probably won't be able to believe that I only had really 2 full days in Alaska and all of this happened. I hope you all can relate to the fact that even though I speak and teach how to be drama-free for a living - I am, myself, working my own program of trying to overcome my human condition that defaults to drama.
As you'll hear, I fell back into believing my own thinking which led to a bunch of self-imposed suffering at multiple points of this trip and I was reminded of how amazing people can be and reminded of how our model and mental process of personal accountability can truly lead to the most happiness and success in our lives.
Buckle up and throw those headphones in! You are officially coming with me to Alaska.
