On the 108th episode of the Seattle Foodie Podcast, we're chatting with Seattle Food Instagrammer, Garrett Lee (@illeatists). Garrett is known for his behind the scenes videos as he goes into kitchens and documents the creation of your favorite dishes. He's also been working on several pop-ups, so stay tuned for those. Listen in as we talk with Garrett about what it's like to film with cooks, what it's like to run a pop-up, and where he likes to dine in the Seattle area.

In addition, Monica and Nelson take a ferry ride out to Bainbridge Island to check out Ba Sa Restaurant. They are doing amazing Modern Vietnamese cuisine using locally sourced ingredients and we tell you all about our experience.

As for what we ate this week, Nelson checked out the food truck, El Maestro Del Taco, for tacos, picked up a pizza from Pagliacci's, ate sourdough donuts on Bainbridge Island with Monica and friends at Pleasant Beach Donuts, and picked up Banh Mi's from Saigon Deli.

Meanwhile, Monica baked cookies using Jasmin Bell Smith's cookie recipe from Bells Pastries, grabbed coffee from Dutch Bros., and made another visit to Don Lucho's.

Thank you so much for listening and we hope you enjoy the latest episode of the Seattle Foodie Podcast!
