Nick is a proud Texan, raised in Granbury where he learned to shoot, hunt, and appreciate the outdoors with his father and grandfather. After moving to the Houston area in the Fall of 2012 and discovering 3 gun, he cobbled together some gear from his law enforcement days and headed out to his first 3 gun match where he was instantly hooked on this fast-paced run-and-gun sport.
He used the next few years to learn the sport and hone his game. For 2017, he shot 9 majors across the United States and many of local matches offered in Southeast and North Texas with several top 10 finishes.
For 2018, he is planning on shooting local matches around the Houston and Dallas areas as well as a multitude of 3 Gun majors including the Lucas Oil Shotgun Match, X-Treme Bullets Texas 3 Gun Championship, Vortex Optics Shooters Source 3 Gun Championship, Task Force Dagger 3 Gun Championship, Fort Sill Multigun Championship, Hard as Hell – Texas Edition, Fallen Brethren 3 Gun
