This weeks episode was a hard one for me to release, even though it happened over a year ago. Re listening to this episode brought back all the emotions and feelings that I felt during this difficult time. The time that I am referring to is, the lost of my eldest father.

I've been avoiding the show notes for this episode like the plague. I nearly talked myself out of sharing it. But I'm a strong believe in practicing what you preach, meaning getting out of my own head and releasing the damn thing.

The truth is - my story and my vulnerability might be exactly what you needed to allow yourself to really be you. To give yourself permission to realize that you can do anything even when life throws a few unexpected punches your way.
