Sometimes we are restricting ourselves in various ways without realizing it; and even when we do know in moments, we often fall back into patterns or we identify so much with being a certain way that we limit our room for growth. Ideally, we are becoming more of who we truly are at Soul level each day. This episode is a reminder to notice what ways of thinking and being are limiting you from experiencing true freedom in your daily life. Most of us have areas in our lives where we unconsciously or consciously hold ourselves back from creating, being and believing that all is possible for us. Through living too much in our rational minds we have a tendency to stay stuck; however when we connect with all of ourselves (heart, mind, body, Soul) we expand, heal and invite in greater abundance, happiness and deep healing. It’s all very exciting. Let’s decide to unlearn what blocks and patterns are holding us back and embrace each day a bit more who we truly are. This is my wish for you. With Love and Blessings, xx
