The way we treat one another in life often crosses over to how we treat one another in business. The two are never disconnected regardless of how we believe it might be. In this episode I discuss the way or ways in which African-Americans are treated in business and in the health field. At the end of this episode my hope and prayer is that we take accountability for our words for our actions and for our thoughts. More important we take accountability for the spirit and the soul that continues to take on the negative instead of understanding the positive. Have a listen.
