It's okay to unplug and focus on what really matters.
In this episode, I share a recent, chance encounter that I had with my new friend: a 72-year-old man named Richard from Medina, Ohio. We both ordered the same flip phone from Patriot Mobile and a mix up led to me getting his phone and vice versa. That, in turn, led to a great phone conversation and new friendship. That refreshing conversation sparked much more thought about the life he lives in 2021 compared to most of us. We can choose a freer life without all the digital tethers to which we knowingly (and even unknowingly) subject ourselves, if we only make such freedoms a priority. I share more on that and discuss the beauty of phone calls over texts, songs from yesteryear taking on deeper meanings today, and much more. Tune in, won't you?
