Our guest this Wednesday on @theliberatorspodcast is Indigo Gill MS @black_blonde_bleu. She is the co-founder of Blue Agape Essentials @blueagape.essentials. โฃ
โฃIndigo Gill is a first-year medical student attending the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry. After graduating summa cum laude with honors in chemistry from Xavier University of Louisiana, she earned a masterโs of science in nutrition from the Columbia University Institute of Human Nutrition. Her masterโs thesis explored the relationship between delayed meal times, circadian misalignment, and psychosocial and physiological stress. She enjoys motivating others to seek the truth of their potential. This has led her to develop a small business in partnership with her mother, Blue Agape Essentials, that features all-natural beauty products made with essential oils, in order to enhance the self-care regimen of her hard-working clientele. Recently she has co-edited an essential oil recipe book, Let Plants Nourish You, and overall has interests in making nutrition a cornerstone of her future medical practice. Currently, she is interested in obstetrics/gynecology, family medicine, and internal medicine.โฃ
